Return to Work Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Return to Work Coordinator to assist individuals with temporary disabilities in obtaining volunteer work during transitional periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact organizations to determine and confirm their volunteer needs
• Establish and maintain relationships with injured workers, employers, and nonprofit organizations
• Evaluate individuals' abilities and match them to appropriate volunteer assignments

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus
• Experience working with non-profits is a plus
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook/Word and Google applications
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize deadlines
