Job Summary
A company is looking for a Return to Work Coordinator to assist individuals with temporary disabilities in obtaining volunteer work during transitional periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact organizations to determine and confirm their volunteer needs
- Establish and maintain relationships with injured workers, employers, and nonprofit organizations
- Evaluate individuals' abilities and match them to appropriate volunteer assignments
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus
- Experience working with non-profits is a plus
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook/Word and Google applications
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize deadlines
