Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the fully remote Return to Work Coordinator will manage relationships with nonprofit organizations, facilitate the placement of injured workers in transitional duty roles, and maintain accurate documentation while working typical business hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations to create a network for Transitional Duty placements
- Coordinate the placement of injured workers by identifying suitable assignments and managing administrative tasks such as tracking volunteer hours
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved
Required qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- Completion of an 8-12 week training program including classroom instruction and on-the-job shadowing
- Customer service experience and comfort with heavy phone work
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word and Excel
