Return to Work Coordinator

Job Summary

Managing individual injury cases, the full-time Return to Work Coordinator will review medical reports, formulate action plans for expedited return to work, and collaborate with team members and healthcare providers to ensure quality care for injured workers.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews injury and medical reports to create plans for returning employees to full duty
• Determines injury types and work status, managing cases and coordinating with RN Case Managers as needed
• Maintains accurate records and fosters relationships with team members, clients, and healthcare providers

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience or education in a medical setting preferred
• Understanding of medical terminology and workers' compensation regulations
• Proficient in data entry and general office equipment
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels
