Return to Work Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a growing program, the fully remote Return to Work Coordinator will connect injured workers with transitional duty opportunities, manage relationships with nonprofit partners, and facilitate placements while working typical business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations to create a network for Transitional Duty placements
• Identify suitable assignments by collaborating with nonprofit organizations to match roles with injured workers' abilities
• Facilitate placements by coordinating logistics, drafting offer letters, and managing time tracking processes

Required qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree
• Completion of an 8-12 week training program including classroom instruction and on-the-job shadowing
• Customer service experience and comfort with heavy phone work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word and Excel
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
