Return to Work Coordinator

Job Summary

Joining a fully remote team, the part-time Return to Work Coordinator will facilitate the placement of injured workers in transitional duty opportunities, develop partnerships with nonprofit organizations, and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders involved.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations to create a network for Transitional Duty placements
• Identify suitable assignments by collaborating with partners to match injured workers' abilities with appropriate roles
• Coordinate placements, manage administrative tasks, and address any issues that arise during volunteer assignments

Required qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree
• Completion of an 8-12 week training program including classroom instruction and on-the-job shadowing
• Customer service experience and comfort with heavy phone work
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word and Excel
