Key Responsibilities

• Determine medically supported work restrictions for assigned claims
• Facilitate return-to-work efforts through negotiation and documentation
• Contact employers to gather job-specific information and assist with job modifications

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) designation preferred
• Four years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• One year of return-to-work or job accommodation experience OR four years of claims management experience
