Job Summary

Supporting students in restarting their educational journey, the full-time Remote Returning Student Advisor will provide academic guidance, engage with learners as a primary point of contact, and collaborate on retention initiatives to ensure student success.

Key responsibilities

• Provide academic planning and support, assisting learners with course navigation and expectations
• Engage with students to address non-academic inquiries through various communication channels
• Collaborate with team members to identify at-risk learners and implement retention strategies

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Proficient in time management and capable of handling competing priorities
• Ability to communicate fluently in verbal and written English
• Basic computer literacy to navigate required technology effectively
• Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred
