Job Summary

To support the retail channel operations team in the AR/VR industry, the contract Global Returns Analyst will process RMAs, analyze return factors, and partner with service centers to resolve issues while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Processing RMAs and analyzing driving factors for returns
  • Partnering with service centers to resolve return-related issues and discrepancies
  • Identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
Required qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in RMA processing and returns analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field related to supply chain analysis
  • Experience using ERP systems, ideally Oracle
  • Background in consumer electronics retail operations
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools
