Job Summary
A company is looking for a Returns Coordinator - Hybrid/Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Log and perform SAP ER1/EW1 adjustments in real time while releasing delivery teams
- Resolve systemic-to-physical inventory inaccuracies during depot handling and delivery
- Complete manual-override warehouse processes for escalated customer issues to enhance accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Ability to self-motivate and complete daily task requirements with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of Excel; SAP experience is a plus
- Experience in managing competing priorities effectively
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and evenings
- Demonstrated ability to recognize trends and patterns in inventory transaction data
