Returns Coordinator

Job Summary

Working in a hybrid remote capacity, the full-time Returns Coordinator will perform system adjustments during real-time delivery releases, ensuring accurate communication between various departments and auditing service route results for billing accuracy.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and execute SAP ER1/EW1 adjustments while auditing delivery and service results
• Resolve inventory inaccuracies throughout the Supply Chain, including distribution and reverse logistics
• Complete manual-override warehouse processes for escalated customer issues to enhance accuracy and visibility of merchandise

Required qualifications:

• Experience with SAP ER1/EW1 or similar systems
• Knowledge of distribution, delivery, and inventory control procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Strong analytical skills to recognize trends in inventory transaction data
• Experience in customer account management and documentation review
