Revenu Operations Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Senior Manager to own customer sales strategy and reporting for the implementation organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the design and execution of Rippling's implementation strategy and operational plans
• Build and present critical business reporting to senior leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage business performance and drive improvements

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Analytics, Sales Finance, or related field
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with Salesforce, SQL, and BI
• Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of sales strategy, operations, and GTM teams
