Revenue Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue & Invoice Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate and record monthly revenues in accordance with company policies and GAAP
• Prepare and issue customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Perform revenue-related reconciliations, including accrued revenue and accounts receivable

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5-10 years of accounting experience, preferably with a revenue focus
• Experience with revenue recognition and invoicing processes
• Healthcare, SaaS, or services-based revenue experience strongly preferred
• Strong Excel skills; experience with accounting systems/ERPs
