Revenue Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Accountant I to join their Revenue and Accounting team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Review complex contracts and understand billing requirements
• Own the revenue month-end close process for assigned products, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing and revenue issues and participate in audits

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or Business with an emphasis in accounting
• Strong knowledge and experience in invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable functions
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis skills (Pivots, VLOOKUP)
• Experience with Oracle or other large-scale enterprise resource planning systems
• Intermediate experience within a corporate accounting environment, preferably in software or manufacturing
