Revenue Accountant

Job Summary

Managing the revenue accounting close process, the full-time Revenue Accountant will prepare journal entries, oversee accounts receivable, and ensure compliance with revenue recognition while collaborating with various departments in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue accounting close processes for assigned areas
• Manage full accounts receivable processes, including invoice preparation and collections
• Support the order to cash process by reviewing contracts and setting up sales orders in the accounting system

Required qualifications

• BS in Finance or Accounting
• 2+ years of revenue accounting experience
• Experience with Netsuite or a similar ERP system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
