Revenue Accountant II
Job Summary
Supporting revenue-related system enhancements and operational processes, the full-time remote Revenue Accountant II will manage reporting, month-end close activities, and process documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support revenue accounting system enhancements by gathering business requirements and performing user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Create and maintain revenue-related reports for monthly close, reconciliations, and management review
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities through data validation, reporting, and journal entry preparation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1-4 years of experience in accounting, revenue accounting, or finance operations, preferably in a software or subscription-based business
- Strong interest in accounting systems and process improvement
- Experience in creating and maintaining reports for reconciliations and management reporting
- Familiarity with revenue accounting concepts and practices
