Revenue Accounting Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Accounting Lead in the Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of the revenue close process including collections, payouts, reconciliations, etc
• Collaborate with the sales and business development team to ensure timely payments to partners and collaborators
• Work with trust & safety and legal teams to monitor suspicious activity and ensure compliance of revenue operations

Role Requirements:

• BA/BS and 4+ years of experience in either finance or accounting (preferably both). CPA a plus
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and credit card operations
• Strong Excel skills, comfortable with extremely large data set volume
• Experience with financial reporting tools such as Quickbooks or Netsuite
• Ability to read and write SQL queries is a big plus
