Revenue Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager in Revenue Accounting to lead revenue accounting operations and oversee contract lifecycle governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Revenue Accounting team while promoting a high-performance culture
• Oversee contract lifecycle management and ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies
• Manage the monthly and quarterly revenue close process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial results

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or MBA highly preferred
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with exposure to ASC 606 and SaaS revenue recognition
• Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring accounting professionals
• Strong understanding of end-to-end quote-to-cash processes in a SaaS or subscription environment
• Experience with Workday ERP and Salesforce; familiarity with BI tools is a plus
