Revenue Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Accounting Manager to oversee revenue operations and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of billing and revenue recognition processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end-to-end revenue cycle management, including billing operations and collections processes
• Oversee revenue recognition review processes in accordance with ASC 606 standards across customer portfolios
• Implement process improvement strategies to enhance billing and revenue processes, including automation and reporting capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience in the healthcare technology industry or Pharmacy Benefit Management is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards and complex accounting principles
• Experience managing high-volume billing processes in a SaaS/startup environment
