Revenue Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Revenue Accounting to lead and scale the revenue accounting function.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational execution of the revenue accounting function, ensuring compliance with ASC 606
• Lead and develop a team of Senior Revenue Accountants, fostering a high-performance culture
• Drive the revenue month-end close process, focusing on quality and efficiency improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of accounting experience, with significant experience in revenue accounting at high-growth companies
• 2-3+ years of experience managing or leading teams, with a focus on talent development
• Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 and hands-on experience applying revenue guidance
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with evolving systems
• CPA with Big 4 and/or high-growth company experience preferred
