Revenue Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Accounting Manager to join their revenue accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing processes for contract and strategic partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance with commercial terms
• Oversee accounts receivable aging, lead collection efforts, and collaborate with teams to resolve disputes and short pays
• Conduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations for revenue-related accounts and propose process improvements for efficiency and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of GAAP, particularly ASC 606
• Experience with NetSuite and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data analytical tools like Tableau or Alteryx is a plus
• Proven ability to build new processes and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
