Revenue Accounting Manager

Job Summary

The full-time remote Revenue Accounting Manager will ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting in accordance with ASC 606, manage the monthly and quarterly close processes, and collaborate with Finance Operations and Billing teams to enhance revenue accounting operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer contracts and order forms for appropriate revenue recognition treatment under ASC 606
• Drive the monthly and quarterly revenue close, including journal entries, allocations, and reconciliations
• Assist with process improvements and system enhancements to scale revenue accounting operations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Accounting at a high-growth technology company
• Strong technical knowledge of ASC 606 for software and SaaS
• Proficiency with revenue accounting systems such as Workday Financials, NetSuite ARM, or Zuora Revenue
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
