Job Summary
Supporting Revenue Commercial Activation initiatives for newly opening and transitioning hotels, the full-time Manager, Commercial Activation - Revenue will manage hotel configurations, pricing structures, and operational readiness within Hyatt's technology stack while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and configure hotels within Hyatt's technology stack to ensure operational readiness for launches and transitions
- Create and maintain room type configurations, inventory structures, and rate plans across revenue and distribution systems
- Partner with internal teams to support activation timelines and ensure all revenue systems and data align with strategic objectives
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of revenue management experience, preferably in a centralized or multi-property environment
- Proven track record of managing pre-opening and transition hotel strategies with measurable impact on performance
- Proficient in Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), and Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Strong project management and organizational skills, especially under tight timelines
- Bachelor's degree required
