Revenue Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting franchise properties in optimizing revenue management systems, the full-time Revenue Analyst will engage with hotels to ensure effective system use, conduct audits, and lead onboarding for revenue technology solutions, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support property-level configuration and optimization of revenue management systems through direct engagement with franchisees
• Lead onboarding and go-live support for revenue management systems, including training delivery and educational webinars
• Conduct system audits to ensure adherence to brand standards and identify opportunities for improved performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• 2+ years of progressive experience in revenue management, hotel operations, or travel industry distribution
• Knowledge of hotel technology systems including RMS, PMS, CRS, and channel connectivity
• Experience with IDeaS Elevate or ChoiceMAX revenue management systems preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel or similar
