Key Responsibilities

• Analyze claims for incorrect payments and pursue adjustments through communication with insurance companies
• Research and assess accounts for potential underpayments and profitability trends
• Mentor new Revenue Analysts and coordinate training sessions for the team

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred
• Knowledge of the Revenue Cycle industry and experience with hospital claims
• Experience in communicating with insurance companies and writing appeals
• Ability to conduct research across multiple channels and navigate hospital systems
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in OneNote, Word, and advanced Excel
