Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Analyst 2, Zero Balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze claims for incorrect payments and pursue adjustments through communication with insurance companies
- Research and assess accounts for potential underpayments and profitability trends
- Mentor new Revenue Analysts and coordinate training sessions for the team
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Knowledge of the Revenue Cycle industry and experience with hospital claims
- Experience in communicating with insurance companies and writing appeals
- Ability to conduct research across multiple channels and navigate hospital systems
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in OneNote, Word, and advanced Excel
