Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Analyst 2, Zero Balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and research accounts for potential payer underpayments and adjust workflow accordingly
• Mentor and assist with onboarding new Revenue Analysts and coordinate training sessions
• Manage multiple internal projects while collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and goals

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred
• Knowledge of the Revenue Cycle industry and experience with hospital claims and payer contracts
• Experience communicating with insurance companies and writing complex appeals for underpayments
• Ability to conduct research through various channels and navigate hospital systems
• Strong independent work ethic and ability to collaborate with a team
