Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Analyst 2, Zero Balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess claims identified as paid incorrectly, pursuing resolution with insurance companies
• Research and identify trends in payor and client data to maximize profitability
• Mentor and assist in onboarding new Revenue Analysts while managing multiple internal projects

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred
• Knowledge of the Revenue Cycle industry and experience with hospital claims and payor contracts
• Experience communicating with insurance companies and writing complex appeals
• Ability to conduct research through various channels and navigate hospital systems
• Strong independent work ethic and ability to collaborate with a team
