Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Analyst to analyze rental performance data and drive revenue strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze rental performance data to inform pricing, availability, and channel strategies
• Create and distribute recurring performance reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making
• Partner with various teams to align strategies and optimize rental performance

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in rental, revenue, or financial analysis within hospitality
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools; SQL knowledge preferred
• Experience with property management systems and distribution platforms
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly
