Revenue Analyst

Job Summary

Analyzing rental performance data, the hybrid or remote Revenue Analyst will influence pricing strategies, monitor key performance indicators, and create performance reports to drive revenue growth within the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze rental performance data to inform pricing, availability, and channel strategies
• Monitor key KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Create and distribute recurring performance reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in rental, revenue, or financial analysis within hospitality
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools; SQL knowledge preferred
• Experience with property management systems and distribution platforms
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly
