Revenue Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the financial health of the organization, the full-time remote Revenue Analyst will analyze, track, and report revenue-related activities while collaborating with accounting leads and finance teams to ensure accuracy in revenue and expenses.

Key responsibilities

• Pull monthly reports to calculate and validate revenue data, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Assist in the monthly close process, including revenue recognition and variance analysis, while resolving discrepancies with finance and operational teams
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflows and validate expense accuracy across multiple divisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to learn new financial systems and technologies
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or revenue analysis, preferably in healthcare
• Solid analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail
