Revenue Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Revenue Analyst will monitor, analyze, and report on gross revenue while maintaining the integrity of the Hospital Charge Description Master (CDM), providing technical support and education to department leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze gross revenue, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain and update the Hospital CDM and related systems, including CPT/HCPCS codes
- Provide ad-hoc revenue and variance analysis reports and assist in charge capture/billing workflow improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience in lieu of education
- Strongly preferred experience in Hospital CDM and healthcare analytics
- Proven ability to work with moderately complex clinical systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-developed analytical and organizational skills
