Job Summary
A company is looking for a RCM Specialty Testing Revenue Analyst - Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform research, analysis, and validation of specialty testing data to understand trends and inform stakeholders of reimbursement issues
- Create interactive dashboards and statistical control charts to communicate information to management and drive improvements
- Assist in developing, implementing, and documenting workflow processes for specialty support
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience analyzing and manipulating large data sets
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with experience in Power BI being a plus
- Experience in revenue cycle healthcare or a Third-Party payer setting
- Knowledge of payer contracts, medical terminology, commercial and government health insurance, and billing guidelines
