Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Analytics Manager to focus on Customer Success and Partnerships analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Customer Success and Partner analytics to drive retention, expansion, and revenue growth
- Deliver actionable insights, dashboards, and reporting in collaboration with Customer Success and Partners Leadership
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across analytics systems while translating complex data into clear insights for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in customer analytics, product analytics, or GTM analytics within a B2B SaaS environment
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake
- Experience building dashboards and reporting in Tableau or comparable BI tools
- Solid understanding of post-sales GTM motions including customer success, renewals, expansion, and partnerships
