Job Summary
Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership, the full-time Revenue Analytics Manager will define and own pipeline and revenue metrics, surface risks across the customer lifecycle, and translate advanced analytics into strategies that drive customer growth and retention, with the option for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Define and manage pipeline, revenue, and retention metrics to inform go-to-market strategy
- Conduct churn, renewal, and lifecycle analyses to identify retention risks and expansion opportunities
- Build and maintain scalable SQL data models and executive Tableau dashboards for GTM reporting
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or revenue operations within a GTM or SaaS environment
- Strong command of SaaS metrics such as CAC, LTV, and churn
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in large datasets
- Proficiency in Tableau or equivalent BI tools
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, and marketing automation platforms
