A company is looking for a Revenue and AR Billing Manager (Accounting Operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Big Data tools to prepare complex AR invoices and ensure billing accuracy
• Oversee the end-to-end AP process, ensuring timely vendor payments and compliance with policies
• Identify automation opportunities for billing and AP workflows to enhance efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in complex billing, AR/AP management, or financial operations
• Proficiency in Big Data tools such as Tableau and experience with ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition principles
• Experience in automation tools and exceptional analytical skills
