Revenue and Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Owning billing activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts, the full-time remote Revenue and Billing Analyst will prepare accurate invoices, manage accounts receivable, and ensure compliance with payer requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit accurate membership fee payments to partners in a timely manner
• Manage accounts receivable, including posting payments and responding to inquiries
• Collaborate with providers, clients, and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in billing operations, client billing, accounts receivable, or revenue operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables
• Hands-on experience supporting a cash-pay or customer-pay business model
• Ability to interpret varied client contracts and apply pricing and payout terms accurately
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
