Revenue Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Associate for a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify CTMS data at study, site, and protocol levels
• Reconcile recorded revenue to Clinical Trial Agreements, budgets, and source systems
• Support month-end close activities including accruals, deferrals, adjustments, and revenue true-ups

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with large, complex datasets
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and logical formulas
• Experience with financial systems or revenue reporting tools
• Understanding of clinical trials and financial structures preferred
