Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Assurance Chargemaster Analyst who will maintain an accurate and compliant chargemaster for healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with peers and managers to ensure the integrity of the enterprise-wide chargemaster
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the revenue cycle and maintain compliant policies
• Perform internal audits of the chargemaster and address findings from external audits promptly

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years in revenue cycle operations
• 2+ years working with hospital chargemaster methodology and maintenance
• 2+ years experience with regulatory guidance and payer regulations related to hospital revenue cycle
• In-depth understanding of hospital billing practices and reimbursement methodologies
• Proficient with Microsoft business applications, especially Excel
