Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Assurance Coordinator, responsible for managing job-related documents and ensuring accuracy in sales orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor lot start notifications and create new sales orders in ERP
  • Create and review job-jacket files and documents for accuracy prior to installation release
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues related to purchase orders and revenue recognition


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field preferred
  • 1 year of quality review, reconciliation, or audit experience for Level II; 3+ years for Level III
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Homebuilding experience preferred
  • Basic technology skills, including MS Office Suite
