- Support Professional Services Revenue Cloud pre-sales cycles and collaborate with sales teams on engagement planning
- Lead strategic customer engagements, ensuring successful implementations and high client satisfaction
- Mentor team members and drive collaboration across internal teams to create unified proposal strategies
Required Qualifications
- Experience with pre-sales and sales cycles, including scoping and SOW construction
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud and relevant certifications
- Proven ability to gather and analyze Quote-to-Cash requirements
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently as a self-starter
- Experience developing executive-facing presentations and proposals
