Revenue Compensation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Compensation Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain sales compensation plans within the compensation management system
• Accurately calculate and process sales commissions, bonuses, and incentives based on established compensation plans
• Analyze sales performance data to verify accuracy of compensation calculations and identify discrepancies

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of work experience in a Sales Compensation role or related function
• Advanced spreadsheet skills including experience with functions, pivot tables, modeling, etc
• Experience with CallidusCloud or a Top Tier SPM Solution
• BS/BA Degree or equivalent, preferably with an analytical background
• Experience working in a SaaS environment is preferred
