Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Manager of Revenue Compensation will design and manage scalable compensation programs, lead administration of sales and customer success compensation plans, and partner cross-functionally to drive compensation strategy and operational execution.
Key responsibilities
- Design and manage compensation programs including base pay, commissions, bonuses, and incentives aligned with business goals
- Lead administration and optimization of compensation plans, including modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and market competitiveness
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in compensation, including sales compensation and incentive program administration
- Experience designing and managing commission structures and bonus programs in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and experience using compensation or reporting tools
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with Finance, RevOps, HR, and business leadership
- Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking and scalable compensation frameworks
