Revenue Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue and Financial Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee private pay collections and revenue cycle management across multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities and Senior Living communities
• Lead efforts to collect aged private pay accounts and support Senior Living Revenue Managers
• Collaborate with financial teams to review financial statements and implement best practices for private pay collections

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Five or more years of experience in revenue cycle management, billing, or financial operations in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Senior Living
• Proven experience in private pay collections and accounts receivable oversight
• Familiarity with PCC is required; experience with Yardi and MatrixCare preferred
• Prior experience with financial statement review and revenue cycle reporting required
