Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Consultant Part Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates, analyzes, negotiates, resolves, documents, and reports on billing issues and complaints
• Identifies solutions for billing issues and presents resolution options to customers
• Negotiates and authorizes billing settlements and adjusts customer accounts within established limits

Required Qualifications and Education

• Experience in billing or revenue management
• Knowledge of consumer and commercial billing processes
• Ability to negotiate and resolve disputes effectively
• Familiarity with documentation and reporting practices
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus
