Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain system parameters for timely claims submission to maximize payments
• Manage client accounts receivable and provide strategic solutions to reduce aging time
• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving patient escalations and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client experience

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate minimum; BS preferred or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years of experience in healthcare account management, customer service, or revenue cycle operations
• Strong knowledge of medical billing, including commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid
• Experience with EPIC systems is desirable
