Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement solutions to optimize revenue collection
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and educate clients on RCM processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, medical billing, or healthcare account management
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or equivalent professional experience
• Familiarity with RCM software and technical skills in Excel and reporting tools
• Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, and reimbursement processes
• 3+ years of experience in supervising staff and overseeing workflow functions
