Revenue Cycle Account Manager

Job Summary

Joining a motivated team, the full-time Revenue Cycle Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for clients, manage relationships, optimize revenue cycle performance, and ensure compliance with industry regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, addressing inquiries and conducting regular performance reviews
• Monitor key performance indicators to optimize revenue collection and collaborate with internal teams for timely claims processing
• Develop action plans to improve financial outcomes and provide detailed reporting on revenue cycle health

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, medical billing, or healthcare account management
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or equivalent professional experience
• Familiarity with RCM software and payer portals
• Strong understanding of medical billing, coding (CPT, ICD-10), and reimbursement processes
• 3+ years of experience supervising staff and overseeing workflow functions
