Revenue Cycle Account Manager

Job Summary

To optimize revenue cycle operations, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between designated practices and the Revenue Cycle Operations team, focusing on billing, coding, compliance, and financial performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective communication with assigned practices to identify and address business needs
• Analyze monthly performance data and provide statistical reports while conducting quality assurance checks
• Collaborate with various departments to support the integration of new services and provide updates on revenue cycle initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field required; experience may substitute for degree
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, finance, billing, or revenue cycle management
• Experience with EPIC and Cognos preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing, finance, and accounting principles
• Ability to analyze financial data and implement strategies for process improvement
