Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Account Representative II.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support for efficient Revenue Cycle operations, including billing and collections
• Identify and resolve operational issues related to accounts receivables to maximize revenue
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance patient experience and service quality

Required Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience preferred; Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or management desirable
• Knowledge of professional fee revenue cycle or health care finance/operations is preferred
• Experience with payors, providers, and physicians is beneficial
• Previous healthcare experience in revenue cycle operations or billing preferred
• Strong presentation skills and familiarity with healthcare applications are essential
