Revenue Cycle Account Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Account Representative I.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support for Revenue Cycle operations, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness
• Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues related to accounts receivable and cash flow management
• Maximize revenue opportunities and improve patient experience through strategic re-engineering of revenue processes

Required Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience preferred; a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or management is desirable
• Extensive knowledge of professional fee revenue cycle or health care finance/operations is preferred
• Experience with payors, providers, and hospital revenue cycle operations is preferred
• Previous experience in health care revenue cycle operations and Patient Access preferred
• Strong presentation skills and familiarity with computerized applications are essential
