Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Revenue Cycle Management function, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Analyst will execute and improve billing processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive cash collections to enhance the organization's financial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end billing processes and new RCM payer implementations
• Investigate and document denials, underpayments, and execute refunds
• Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management within a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of the US healthcare system, including CPT and ICD-10 codes
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience in communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage both scheduled tasks and reactive escalations effectively
